Please note that after completing the online registration process, your registration (i.e. Forum Pass) will be confirmed by email. IMPORTANT NOTE:  The organization of the Peace and Sport International Forum reserves the right to change and cancel your registration in full or in part (i.e. Forum Pass).  In case of any change to your registration, you will be duly notified of this in writing. Please note that Peace and Sport will provide its best effort to maintain the announced program and speakers. Nevertheless, Peace and Sport can adapt/change any content or schedule due to outside matters. 

Forum Pass Policies : Peace and Sport does not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full. If booking within 7 days of the event start date, full payment is required and due at the time of booking. For all other commercial sponsorships/partnerships, please refer to your agreement/contract for payment terms. 

Forum Pass Cancellation Policies : No refund will be available. Having paid for your Forum Pass, if for unforeseen circumstances you are no longer able to attend the Peace and Sport International Forum, you will be permitted a name change (to someone else within your organization) at no additional cost. This change of name can occur only once.  Notification must be made in writing and received prior to the event commencing.  

Visa : It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain an entry visa for France and Monaco. If the visa is not granted, the Cancellation Policies for the Peace and Sport International Forum 2024 (Forum Pass) will still apply. Photo/Video Release : Registration and attendance of Peace and Sport International Forum 2024 implies consent to be photographed/video recorded and permission for photos/videos to be used in future by Peace and Sport and its partners.  Hotel Booking : Please note that Peace and Sport has negotiated a quota of room under a specific price for its delegate. The delegate is identified as part of this quota and can beneficiate of those tariffs. Peace and Sport is not covering extra accommodation fees.
