  2.  PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ORGANISING INTERNATIONAL EVENTS 
  3.  COMPLIANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BY PEACE AND SPORT 
  4. THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE - ORGANISATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES
  5.  MEDIA AND MARKETING PLANS 
  6. SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS

Steps of the process

  2. RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS
  3.  REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED CRITERIA 
  4.  PRE-SELECTION OF APPLICATIONS 
  5.  VISIT BY PEACE AND SPORT 
  6.  INVITATIONS TO THE 2026-2027 CANDIDATES TO TAKE PART IN THE PEACE AND SPORT INTERNATIONAL FORUM IN MONACO IN DECEMBER 2024
  7.  ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE HOST COUNTRY AT THE INTERNATIONAL PEACE AND SPORT FORUM IN MONACO IN DECEMBER 2024
  8. VISIT BY PEACE AND SPORT CANDIDATES 2026 - 2027

APPLICATION FORM

Applications must include the documents below and must correspond to the requirements defined in the Official Peace and Sport Continental Forum Bid Book:
  • Official letter of intent
  • Presentation of the dedicated organizing committee
  • Presentation of the candidate(s) 
  • Presentation of venue and accessibilities
  • Communication and Marketing plans 
  • Preselected providers 
  • Whishing guests list

Application process



Interested organizations can submit their applications from July 1, with a deadline of August 31.

September 

Initial assessment, review and short list


Our committee evaluates and examines the applications, and short-listed candidates are notified at the end of September.

October

Final selection



Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews or to present their project to the selection committee.

December

Our next host for 2025

Official announcement of the candidate selected to host the Peace and Sport Continental Forum 2025.
