BIO

Gustavo Cecilio Vieira de Oliveira holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo and postgraduate degree in sports administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) where later taught sports law. A former soccer player and current amateur athlete, he was a member of the Brazilian National University Soccer Team that competed in the 1999 FISU Universiades. Founder and board member of Brazilian Institute of Sports law, lawyer specializing in sports business, he was sporting director of São Paulo Futebol Clube and Santos Futebol Clube, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Botafogo Futebol S.A. and a sports business consultant.
